How to fix or solve dish TV remote slow response

It is a small problem just press remote menu button for 8 seconds then a installation manue will appear on the TV screen then select system setup using navigation key of the remote controller

 then select Erase EPG and press OK key on the remote controller.

Then click on Erase EPG . after pressing the OK a warning message will show on TV screen read the message and press OK key after few seconds it will show your EPG Erase successfully . then Re start the TV. when TV on  a software upgrade will automatically done. then check remote controller. it works like brand New condition.
